Man Arrested on Federal Child Pornography Charges in Kenton After Two-Year Investigation
A man is facing child pornography charges after he was arrested in Kenton last week.
According to a release from the Kenton Police Department, officers assisted federal agents in the service of the warrant for the arrest of Benjamin Roger Shephard.
The officers located Shephard at his place of employment, and he was taken into custody without incident.
The arrest warrant was issued after a nearly two-year long investigation.
Shephard is currently being held in the Lucas County Jail on the criminal charge of receipt and distribution of child pornography.
