Marysville Area Realty Association and the Union County Public Safety Foundation donated to the Union County Sheriff’s Office Project Lifesaver Fund.
Thanks to the support, they have been able to purchase five new Project Lifesaver tracking device kits.
The kits have been placed with First Responders throughout Union County to better serve the community.
In 2025, First Responders at police and fire agencies throughout the county were trained to use the PLS tracking devices, which play a critical role in helping deputies quickly locate individuals who may wander due to Alzheimer’s, autism, or other cognitive conditions.
If you would like more information about Project Lifesaver OR know someone that may be a candidate, please contact Community Relations Sgt. Shawn Dyer at sdyer@unioncountyohio.gov or by calling (937) 645-4101 ext. 4325.
