New Closure on U.S. 68 in Kenton Begins Today for ODOT Project
U.S. 68, which is Detroit Street in Kenton, between Eliza and Carrol Streets, closed starting today.
It is for the Ohio Department of Transportation’s project.
The full depth reconstruction project will include new curb, curb ramps, and sidewalks.
That section will be closed for approximately 180 days, which would be early December.
It is separate from the city’s revitalization project that currently has Detroit Street closed from Ohio to Carrol Street.
That section is expected to reopen in late July.
