Ohio Hi-Point Launches Frontline Friday to Connect Students With Public Safety Professionals

Frontline Friday was recently launched at Ohio Hi-Point Career Center.

The new initiative connects students with professionals working on the front lines of public safety.

In the past two weeks, students welcomed Logan County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Josh Core and his K9 partner Tega, to learn about careers in law enforcement.

They also completed Question, Persuade, and Refer suicide prevention training with Stephanie Ketchell.

Frontline Friday gives students the opportunity to hear directly from professionals, ask questions, and explore the many career paths available in public safety.
