Rural Kenton Man Pleads Not Guilty to 26 Charges in Hardin County

A rural Kenton man was arraigned on multiple drug related charges in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to court documents, 41-year-old Brian Flowers pleaded not guilty to all 26 counts in the indictment, which included several counts of aggravated tracking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, trafficking in fentanyl-related compound, possession of fentanyl-related compound, possession of drugs and more.

Judge Steve Christopher set bond at $75,000 cash or surety, but bail cannot be posted until Flowers tests negative of all prohibited substances.

A two-day jury trial is set to begin June 1.
