Third District Court of Appeals Holds Special Session at Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law
The Third District Court of Appeals convened for a special session before a full house at Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law Tuesday.
The session offered the public a firsthand look at the appellate process.
Arguments were presented in one civil and one criminal case.
Following oral arguments, the judges engaged with audience questions, reinforcing the Court’s commitment to educational outreach.
Based in Lima and serving 17 counties, the Court travels throughout the district on a regular basis to provide public access to the judicial system.
