The delayed trial of an Ada man who was arrested and charged in Grant County, Indiana last year has again been rescheduled.

64-year-old Dennis J. Roth allegedly traveled to Marion, Indiana from Ohio in what he believed was a prearranged meeting to pick up children under the age 14 for sexual exploitation.

He is facing three counts of conspiracy to commit promotion of child sexual trafficking, three counts of attempted child molesting and three counts of child solicitation.

Roth is now scheduled to stand trial beginning on August 22 in Grant Superior Court.

His arrest stems from a Predator Catchers Incorporated investigation started earlier this month and occurred in the 4800 block of South Western Avenue in Marion, Indiana where a meeting was preplanned.
