Two Kenton Homes Damaged in Separate Thanksgiving Weekend Fires

Two homes were damaged by fire over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

According to information from the Kenton Fire Department, the first one was reported at around 4:45pm on Thanksgiving Day at the home of David Beazley, 509 North Wayne Street.

The fire started in the kitchen area and spread to an add on section resulting in moderate damage.

Firefighters were on the scene for around 3 hours.

The next fire was at just before midnight Sunday night at the home of Matteo Ramerrez Sebastion at 432 West Franklin Street.

The fire started in back side of the house and spread to the attic area.

Firefighters were on that scene for around 3 hours.

There were no injuries in either of the fires.
