Two Piqua Motorcyclists Seriously Injured in Champaign County Crash
Two Piqua men were seriously injured in a crash involving two motorcycles on US 36 near the intersection with State Route 235 Tuesday evening in Champaign County.
According to the report from the Springfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol report, 21-year-old Kardyn Edwards and 24-year-old Romello Benson were riding the motorcycles east on 36 when a collision between the bikes occurred.
Edwards sustained life-threatening injuries and was flown to Miami Valley Hospital.
Benson sustained serious injuries and was transported to Upper Valley Medical Center.
Both men were wearing helmets, and there is no update on their condition at this time.
The crash remains under investigation.
