36th Annual Farmers’ Share Breakfast to Celebrate Hancock County Agriculture on June 11

FINDLAY, OH— The Findlay-Hancock County Chamber of Commerce Agri-Business Committee invites the community to attend the Farmers’ Share Breakfast on Thursday, June 11 at the Old Mill Stream Centre on the Hancock County Fairgrounds. This annual event brings the community together to recognize the people, families, and businesses that play a vital role in Hancock County’s rich agriculture.

Doors will open at 7 a.m., with breakfast served shortly after. The event will feature a classic farm breakfast with hearty favorites and a program, all to conclude before 9 a.m. 

The morning program will feature presentations from District FFA Public Speaking winners, along with an agricultural update from the Hancock County OSU Extension Office. Local students receiving scholarships through the Chamber’s Agri-Business Committee will also be recognized during the event.

Guests will additionally celebrate the recipient of the Agriculture Enterprise of the Year Award, a Chamber Small Business Award, honoring excellence, innovation, and leadership within the agricultural industry.

A highlight of the breakfast each year is the induction ceremony for the OSU Extension Hancock County Agriculture Hall of Fame. Since 2006, the Hall of Fame has recognized individuals whose dedication and contributions have helped shape agriculture in Hancock County and beyond.

Tickets for the breakfast are $7 and must be purchased in advance. Tickets are available online through the Findlay-Hancock County Chamber of Commerce and available to be paid via cash or check at the Hancock County OSU Extension Office.
