Ada and Forest Residents Involved in Three Car Union County Crash

Residents from Ada and Forest were involved in a three vehicle crash Thursday on State Route 31 in Union County.

According to the report from the Marysville Post of the Ohio State Patrol, 40 year old Ryan Leady, of Ada and 50 year old Kevin Reiter, of Forest, were both stopped for traffic on 31 when Leady’s car was struck from behind by a southbound vehicle being operated by 38 year old Tiffany Hawkins, of Columbus.

Leady’s car was pushed into Reiter’s vehicle.

Disabling damage occurred to the Hawkins and Leady vehicles.

Reiter’s vehicle had light damage.

Leady was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

Hawkins was cited for an assured clear distance ahead violation.
