Ada Students Explore Solar Science at ONU Observatory
The Astronomy class at Ada took learning beyond the classroom with a visit this week to the ONU Observatory.
Students had the incredible opportunity to learn from Dr. Jason Pinkney, who shared his expertise on the Sun.
From sunspots and solar flares to prominences, students gained a deeper understanding of our closest star and even got to safely observe it through specially equipped telescopes.
The Hand-on experience brings science to life and sparks curiosity in amazing ways.
