Allen County Children Services Fellow Earns Child Abuse Prevention Scholarship

Allen County Children Services is celebrating a major achievement by one of its own.
Elaine Webster, a fellow from Ohio State University, has been named the 2026 recipient of the Lima Exchange Club’s Child Abuse Prevention Scholarship.
Webster has spent the past year working with the agency through a fellowship program, gaining hands-on experience with the department.
She is set to continue that work in a full-time role as a caseworker while finishing her bachelor’s degree in psychology.
