Allen County Deputy Charged with OVI
An Allen County Sheriff’s deputy has been charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated.
Hometown Stations reported that the Ohio State Patrol stopped a car being driven by Evan Thomas this morning.
Thomas has been placed into a non-road position after being charged with the offense while driving his personal vehicle.
An administrative review will take place when his case is concluded in Lima Municipal Court.
