
At a recent Kenton Rotary lunch, members heard from Antwilla Davis, a realtor with Century 21 in Kenton. Davis discussed the current real estate market and trends in and around Hardin County.
She shared that the average sale price for local real estate is $149,000 and offered insights on listing properties. Davis emphasized the need for quality starter homes and sound retirement properties, noting that homes generally stay on the market for about 45 days.
Davis has been a realtor in Kenton for many years and currently serves as District Vice President of Region 2 for Ohio Realtors.
