The Big Tree at the Russ Cahill property on State Route 309 east of Kenton is open nightly from 5:30 until 9 PM through January 1. Guests are welcome to walk or drive through at a leisurely pace at no charge. You can even go inside the tree for great picture opportunities.
There is also Upper’s Winter Fantasy of Lights at Harrison Smith Park in Upper Sandusky through December 30. It is open Monday through Thursday from 6 until 9:30 PM and Friday through Sunday from 6 until 10 PM. The cost is a $10 donation per car.
You can also experience the Merry on Cherry Christmas Light Show by the Draper Family at 352 N. You can listen from your car on FM Radio 106.9 or stream live on your smartphone at https://Listen.DraperLightShow.com. Visitors can park along the street to watch from their car, or bundle up and enjoy the view from the sidewalk or benches—space is limited, so please be courteous and keep traffic moving.
