Attempted Shoplifting Incident Reported at Kroger

An attempted theft was reported to Kenton police at the Kroger store over the weekend.

 

According to the report, an unknown male suspect came into the store and placed a large amount of meat items into a shopping cart.

 

He then attempted to push the cart out of the store without paying for the items.

 

The value of the meat items was listed at nearly $400.

 

The incident is under investigation.
