Barn Damaged by Fire in Rushsylvania

A barn fire was reported in Rushsylvania just before noon Tuesday.

 

WPKO Radio reported the Rushcreek Fire Department was dispatched to 212 West Mill Street where a resident reported the fire.

 

The structure was damaged, but firefighters were able to quickly extinquish the fire, which remains under investigation.

 

Mutual assistance was provided by the Richland Township Fire Department.

 

Firefighters were on the scene for less than an hour.
