Ben Logan Mourning Loss of Student

Grief counselors are at the Benjamin Logan School today as students and staff deal with the death of a fellow student.

In a recorded message, Superintendent Dave Harmon said it’s with a heavy heart that he announce the suicide death of a 7th grade student.

He said the Logan County Loss Team is at the school, and grief counselors will be attending to the needs of the students and staff members.

He asked for privacy for the family in their time of loss.

Harmon said grief counselors will be at the school as long as needed.
