Blanchard Valley Health System to Host a Virtual Presentation on Breastfeeding: Preparation & Support

Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS) will present “Breastfeeding: Preparation & Support.” This educational event is a virtual presentation and part of the organization’s 2021 “Live and Learn” series.

Dr. William Kose, vice president of special projects, will host this program. Guests include Crystal McGrain, APRN-CNP, a certified nurse practitioner with Blanchard Valley Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Natalie Shenk, an international board-certified lactation consultant. The discussion will be preparing new mothers for the challenges and benefits of breastfeeding and the resources and support available at BVHS.

The Facebook Live event will take place on Wednesday, March 3, beginning at noon and will be streamed on the health system’s Facebook page, http://facebook.com/BlanchardValleyHealthSystem/

Community members can “like” the corporate Facebook account of BVHS and visit the page to watch live.
