Bluffton nursing student to share clinical research at First Tuesday

BLUFFTON, Ohio – Bluffton University nursing major Kate Stephens ’28 will present “Learning through Practice: Bridging Theory and Clinical Application” at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, in the Musselman Library Reading Room. 

Stephens will discuss research focused on serving diverse patients through clinical experience and work-based learning. She presented the research at the Ohio Statehouse as part of the Choose Ohio First Scholar Showcase. 

The presentation will highlight the ways hands-on learning experiences can help students connect classroom theory with real-world clinical practice. 

The event is free and open to the public.
