Bond has been set for a shooting suspect in Marion County.

The Marion Star reported that 33 year old Johnny D. Thomas pleaded not guilty to felonious assault, improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation and having weapons while under disability.

Bond was set at $750,000 cash or surety.

Thomas is accused of being one of two shooters involved in a firefight that occurred in late June in which he allegedly fired shots into a house in the 500 block of East Mark Street.
