Carey Man Indicted on Attempted Murder Charges
A Carey man has been indicted on attempted murder charges following an incident this past Sunday in Hancock County.
37 year old Chad J. Howard was indicted on 2 counts of attempted murder for allegedly attempting to murder his wife and a minor child.
Charges of aggravated burglary and abduction were also included in the indictment.
Howard was arrested after deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 1800 block of Township Road 136 to investigate a report of man with a knife attempting to break into the residence.
