City of Findlay Honors 2025 Public Safety Professionals

The City of Findlay recognized three outstanding public safety professionals during an awards ceremony held Thursday morning in Council Chambers at the Findlay Municipal Building.

Vice Narcotics Detective Dillon Kliesch was named Officer of the Year 2025 for the Findlay Police Department, Police Dispatcher Sara Douglas was recognized as Civilian Employee of the Year 2025, and Tim Fritz was named Firefighter of the Year 2025 for the Findlay Fire Department.

City officials expressed their appreciation to all members of its Police and Fire Departments for their continued service and commitment to protecting and serving the community.
