City of Lima Accepting Duck Blind Lottery Registrations August 3–7

The City of Lima will be accepting registrations August 3-7 for hunters that wish to harvest waterfowl at Lima’s reservoirs.

Registrations can be submitted at the Water Treatment Plant located at 1100 East Wayne Street in Lima.

Three registrants will be selected from the lottery on August 11th at 9 AM, and three sites will be drawn.

You must be at least 18 years of age and present a current Ohio Driver’s License when filling out an application.

2026 DUCK SEASON BLIND REGULATIONS 

• YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.
• YOU MUST PRESENT A CURRENT OHIO DRIVER’S LICENSE WHEN FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION
• THERE WILL BE ONLY ONE APPLICATION GIVEN TO EACH APPLICANT.
• YOU MUST BE PRESENT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN APPLICATION.
• YOU MUST ALSO PRESENT A CURRENT HUNTING LICENSE WITH DUCK STAMPS.
• WINNERS MUST GET A COPY OF THEIR WINNING BALLOT TO TAKE TO THE BILLING OFFICE. 
• BLIND REGISTRATION FEE MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE BLIND CAN BE CONSTRUCTED.
• THERE WILL BE NO BLINDS PERMITTED IN THE WATER.
• BLINDS THAT ARE AWARDED ARE TO BE REMOVED THE WEEK AFTER DUCK SEASON EXPIRES.
• ANY VIOLATION OF THE AFORE MENTIONED RULES WILL RESULT IN THE FAILURE TO APPLY FOR FUTURE BLINDS.
