Daylight Saving Time begins this Sunday, March 8.
At 2 a.m. Sunday, the clocks spring forward to 3 a.m.
For those who still rely on a manual alarm clock, you will want to set clocks ahead before going to bed Saturday night, or else you will be an hour late for everything Sunday morning.
Most of the United States observes this change, except for Arizona and Hawaii. Also, several U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, remain on standard time year-round.
