Driver Cited After Car/Pedestrian Accident Over the Weekend
A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at an intersection in Kenton over the weekend.
According to the Daily Log Sheet at the Kenton Police Department, the accident occurred Saturday evening at the intersection of West Franklin and South Leighton Streets.
The name of the pedestrian and extent of injuries has not been released at this time.
The driver was identified as Kevin McPherson, of Kenton.
He was cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
