Dunkirk Railroad Crossing Repaired Sooner Than Expected

The railroad crossing in Dunkirk was repaired sooner than expected.

ODOT announced that U.S. 68 in Dunkirk would be closed for two days beginning Tuesday while the Main Street crossing in the village was repaired.

ODOT expected the road would be closed until Thursday, but the project was completed in one day.

US 68 in Dunkirk reopened to traffic late Tuesday.
