Eight Injured in Multiple Crashes on State Route 117 in Logan County Sunday
Two people were injured in a one vehicle accident that occurred around 8:30 Sunday morning in the 8300 block of SR 117 in Logan County.
According to information from the Huntsville Volunteer Fire Department, upon arrival two patients, one still entrapped, were found inside the vehicle.
Once freed from the vehicle, one person was flown to Grant Medical Center in Columbus, and another occupant in the vehicle was transported to Lima Memorial Hospital.
SR 117 was closed for around an hour and a half.
Around nine hours later, a total of six people were injured in a crash that occurred on the same stretch of SR 117.
The 6 patients were transported to Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine with minor injuries.
No other information on the crashes has been released at this time.
