Empty Bowls of Logan County Event Scheduled for May 2
The 2019 Empty Bowls of Logan County event is scheduled for this Thursday, May 2nd from 5:00 pm to 7 pm. at the Ohio Hi-Point Career Center Campus.
This event will offer a variety of soups donated by local restaurants and served in ceramic bowls made locally by Bellefontaine High & Middle School art students and local potters for a $15 donation.
Volunteers wash the hand-crafted bowls for the meal, then patrons are able to take the bowls home as a reminder of hunger awareness in our community.
