A shoplifting incident was reported to Kenton Police on Wednesday.

According to the report, an employee of Family Dollar told officers that the alarm went off after a man left the store.

35 year old Josh Keim is alleged to have have discarded a package of t-shirts in the parking lot, and when he was aware that he had been seen, he walked back into the store and placed several items back on a shelf.

Keim was told he is no longer permitted in the store or on its property, and he was issued a summons for theft.
