There’s been a change of venue for the Ohio State University Extension- Hardin County‘s Family Engagement Day for Child Abuse Awareness Month on Sunday, April 19.
It was going to be held at the Hardin County Fairgrounds, but due to the damage caused by the March 26 tornado, it has been moved.
Family Engagement Day, in partnership with the Ohio Children’s Trust Fund, will be held April 19 from 1 to 4pm at Simon Kenton School, 705 North Ida Street in Kenton.
This free event for all ages will include healthy snacks, 4-H line dancing, inflatables and a trackless train, gardening with the Master Gardener Volunteer program, activity and information tables from local partners, and giveaways.
For more information, call the OSU Extension office at 419-674-2297.
