**Updated- Driver Identified** Fatal Crash Under Investigation in Findlay
A fatal accident occurred in the City of Findlay late Wednesday morning.
According to a release, a vehicle was parked in a private parking lot in the 800 block of Western Avenue, and the driver, later identified as 43-year-old Devon B. Ammons, then drove westbound until the vehicle struck a semi-trailer in an adjacent parking lot.
Ammons was pronounced dead at the scene.
The circumstances regarding the accident are still under investigation.
