FEMA Disaster Assistance Tops More than 3.7 Million Dollars
More than $3.7 million in assistance has been provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the U.S. Small Business Administration since a major disaster declaration was made following the March 14 tornado outbreak.
Homeowners and renters whose homes and property were damaged by the storms, and who still need to apply for federal assistance, have until July 1 to do so.
Eleven Ohio counties were designated for FEMA assistance in this disaster.
In our region, the counties are: Auglaize, Hancock, Logan and Union.
