Four Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court
Four people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:
.Austin M. Amsler was sentenced to 24 months in prison on one count of aggravated possession of drugs.
The following three individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:
.David A. Slusher on one count of trespassing in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present.
.Nathan E. Smith on one count of trespassing in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present.
.Timothy W. Wilkinson on one count of domestic violence.
All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
