Free Movement and Fitness Class Planned at Hardin County Courthouse on August 15
A free movement and fitness class is being offered on Saturday, August 15.
It will start at 9:00 that morning on the Hardin County Courthouse lawn and will be led by Dr. Kate Flynn.
The fun, feel-good class is designed for all fitness levels.
Dr. Flynn has a background in exercise science and chiropractic care and is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies through movement.
Rather than focusing on intense workouts, she creates fun, practical experiences that help people move with greater confidence, ease, and enjoyment no matter their age or fitness level.
