* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and
  central, southwest, and west central Ohio, including Hardin County.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
