Gas Leak Forces Evacuation of Homes in Findlay
A gas leak forced the evacuation of some homes in Findlay this morning.
According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, a contractor in the 600 block of east Melrose Avenue struck a natural gas line causing a leak.
Several homes in the area were evacuated and traffic was restricted as a precaution.
Columbia Gas crews were dispatched to repair the damage.
