Governor Appoints Marion County Woman to Rare Disease Advisory Council
Ohio Governor Mike DeWine made several appointments on Wednesday.
In our region, Andrea E. Hoffman of Marion was appointed to the Rare Disease Advisory Council.
Her term began July 21 and will end April 22, 2023.
The Rare Disease Advisory Council brings together medical researchers, physicians, nurses, individuals living with rare diseases, lawmakers and state officials to begin addressing many of the issues facing Ohioans living with rare diseases.
