Governor Signs HB 34 into Law
Governor Mike DeWine signed House Bill 34 on Tuesday.
The new law permits a prospective juror who is a mother who is breast-feeding to be excused from jury service.
It was sponsored by Representatives Roy Klopfenstien (R-Haviland) and Angela King (R-Celina).
