Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance shined its latest Member Spotlight on AEP Ohio.
In 2025, the AEP Ohio Foundation provided more than $1.5 million in grants supporting over 100 organizations across their service territory.
In Hardin County specifically, $20,000 in grants supported food pantries and food distribution efforts through Kenton Full Gospel Church and New Hope Ministry Park.
The company says its investment in local infrastructure, such as replacing and building new lines and substations and maintaining a proactive tree-trimming program, has resulted in reduced tree-related outages by 93% since 2009.
