Hardin Northern kicked off its very first Polar Bear Career Connections Lunch and Learn on Thursday.
Junior high and high school students now have the chance to join the sessions during their lunch period, where guests from a wide variety of career fields will come in to share what they do, answer questions, and inspire the students to explore their future paths.
Thursday’s first presenter was Sergeant Darrin Kinney from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, who spoke with students about careers in law enforcement and the opportunities within the Highway Patrol.
If community members are interested in presenting to students about their career, contact Kristin Rodabaugh at 419-759-2331 extension 1202.
