Hardin SWCD Reminds Students of March 25 Envirothon Deadline
Hardin Soil and Water Conservation District reminded students and teachers in Hardin County that the Envirothon competition deadline of March 25 is approaching.
Students in grades 9-12 or equivalent homeschool ranking can compete in teams of 5.
Teams should consist of students from the same school or homeschool association.
This is a great opportunity for students to have real outdoor hands-on experiences and to spark interest in future environmental career options.
They will compete in the Soils, Aquatics, Forestry, Wildlife and Current Issues areas of study.
Hardin SWCD can pay for up to 3 teams per school or association.
