HN Athletes Reminded About Deadline for Physicals
Hardin Northern fall athletes in grades 7 – 12 are reminded that they must have a valid physical and completed paperwork on file in the athletic office prior to the start of practice.
The physical packet and a school forms packet both need to be completed.
The forms can be picked up outside the athletic office or on the school website hn.k12.oh.us
Forms can be turned into their coach, the athletic office or the school office.
Fall practices begin August 1st.
