House Fire Reported near Alger Thursday Morning
A house fire was reported this morning south of Alger.
According to scanner traffic, the Alger Fire Department was dispatched around 8:15 to a single story house on County Road 35 just south of Alger.
The structure was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived.
Fire departments from Ada and Roundhead provided mutual assistance.
The Hardin County Fire Investigation Unit was called to assist in finding a cause for the blaze.
