Household Hazardous Waste Disposal Day Set for Tomorrow in Kenton
Household Hazardous Waste Disposal Day is being held tomorrow.
Keep Hardin County Beautiful stated that it’s an opportunity to safely dispose of fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, poisons, garden chemicals, and pet products such as flea powders and shampoo.
No farm chemicals will be accepted.
The fee to dispose of the items is one dollar per pound, cash or check only.
It will take place from 9am until noon Friday at the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, 1025 South Main Street in Kenton.
