Immunization Clinic Being Held for Riverdale Students
The Kenton Hardin Health Department will host an Immunization Clinic for Riverdale students on Monday April 22.
The hours will be from 1 until 4pm.
The clinic is being held for Riverdale students only to meet their immunization requirements for the 2019-2020 school year.
Call the Health Department at 419-673-6230 to make an appointment on that day and give insurance information.
Seniors who are 17 need a note from a parent giving permission to get the vaccine.
Seniors who are 18 do not need a note.
