Indian Joint Fire District Station to Serve as Storm Shelter Tonight if Tornado Warning Issued

The Indian Joint Fire District, a volunteer fire department serving Washington Township and Russells Point, is reminding residents that severe weather is possible this evening, Thursday, March 26.

In the event that a Tornado Warning is issued, the station at 320 S. Orchard Island Rd., Russells Point will be open and available as a storm shelter.

Residents are encouraged to monitor the district’s page for the latest updates and information.
