Jury deliberations continue today in the trial of an Alger man facing felonious assault, kidnapping and domestic violence charges in Allen County.
The Lima News reported that the jury in the trial of 38 year old Karl Duncan deliberated for around three hours and had not reached a verdict before concluding for the evening at around 8:30 Wednesday night.
Duncan was charged with the offenses following an incident earlier this year in Lima during which Duncan is alleged to have assaulted and threatened a woman.
Testimony was presented to the jury on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Duncan was on the witness stand in his own defense on Wednesday.
