Juvenile Facing Charges Following Theft Investigation at Walmart
A juvenile was arrested after Kenton Police were dispatched to Walmart Wednesday afternoon concerning theft at the store.
A traffic stop was conducted at Forest Court Apartments in connection to the investigation.
Charges against the juvenile include possession of drugs, offenses involving underage persons, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, no operator’s license and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
The incident remains under investigation.
